Sweden's laws on cannabis are kinda strict, yeah? Carrying a small amount can get you into trouble, but it's not exactly the same as in some other countries. Dudes still tend to acquire weed though, mainly through friends. If you're wanting to find some, your best bet is probably to network. Be discreet though, 'cause the fuzz are always on patrol.
